Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  
• Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.  
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10 to 30 business days.
• Free Shipping: We do not offer free shipping under standard circumstances. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.  
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  
5. Damages and Shipping Errors
If you received your order damaged, or if the wrong item was sent due to an error on our part:
• Please contact us immediately to file a claim.
• In the event of a verified mistake on our end, we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement or return.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
